Susan Reyes has handled and coordinated basic architectural services from design to construction documents including preparation of technical specifications.  As a partner with Facilities Design Group in Manila, Susan has been directly involved in the design, management and construction of a diversified range of projects, including several single/multi-family residences and restaurants.

Susan believes that good architecture is a product of a team of specialists who approach the solution of different problems on an equal level of professional competence.  The result is a dynamic balance, where the finished building is a fusion of function, materials, construction techniques, structural and systems integrity, and aesthetics -- a balance which relates building to site, to community, and to the whole man.

As an Architect, her role consists of design coordination among consultants, from architectural and engineering discipline down to the interiors.  She also assists in the preparation of proposals, budgetary estimates for design and construction works.
