With 2-car garages, the 3-bedroom units boast of a grand view of Alcatraz and the Marina area. The building uses combination stone/metal railings and cornices.

The ground floor comprises a tenant space and ample parking for the residences. The family flats are located on the upper floors and typically include 3-bedroom 3-bath arrangement plus service quarters. The roof level is reserved as a multi-function space for audio/visual and public entertainment and includes a great room, sun deck and elevated lap pool.

The white sand of Panglao beacons. The beach front project is a 5-unit development as a vacation resource. Each unit can be developed into a one bedroom with living-dining-kitchen facilities or a 2-3 bedroom unit with its own private deck. The saw-tooth configuration enables the individual units to have beach views and access. Amenities include parking and a common swimming pool.

One of the challenges in designing the project is the open/excavated hole from the previous project. This “hole” is utilized into the 2-level parking basement which provided a “vehicle-free” garden setting at ground level. The site is approximately 1.0 hectare to be developed into a residential community. Being very close and accessible to Makati and Pasig business districts, it will cater to professionals, young entrepreneurs and home starters. The concept is to have townhouses clustered in a garden/village setting. The project consists of townhouses with a minimum lot area of 60sm; the units will be a combination of studios and 1-3 bedrooms; clubhouse with a game/recreation hall, dining room/kitchen, spa, meeting rooms, etc; tennis, basketball or squash courts; swimming pool with surrounding cabanas; mini-convenience store and retail center for laundromat, barber shop, etc.
