FORT BONIFACIO DRIVING RANGE AND SPORTS CLUB
Makati, Metro Manila

The 5.25-hectare site is located near the Fort Bonifacio Kalayaan Avenue gate, bounded by a residential neighborhood on the east and the proposed Road Lot 37 on the west. It possesses a north-south orientation, which becomes ideal for the driving range. The proposed 4,899sm clubhouse consists of a full service restaurant, a bar lounge, a snack bar, function rooms, recreational areas including the regular amenities like locker rooms and pro-shop. The snack bar, located at the ground floor, becomes an integral part of the driving range. Four function rooms can be joined together to create a ballroom for major gatherings and entertainment. These food service facilities are basically surrounded by a lanai, making it psychologically “part of the great outdoors”. The recreation center includes billiard games and a bowling alley.

Architecture is tropical with wood, abobe stone veneer and cement plaster as the main building finishes. The use of large floor tiles is prevalent.
