RAMAR FOODS WAREHOUSE FREEZER ADDITION + OFFICES

The project consists of adding a 10,300 sf new warehouse freezer and offices to the existing Ramar Foods plant creating a total of 41,000+ sf area. It also includes providing bicycle racks, parking for 45 cars, including electric vehicles, accessible parking, small trucks, and modifying the existing landscape areas to provide shade trees, etc. The new PEMB structure with 6” insulated metal panel walls will have blue accents and murals to reduce the appearance of a large blank wall. Solar panels would be installed on the roof of the building addition.
