In 2013, the Philippine Consulate engaged us to remodel the ground floor (street level) function room, now called the Kalayaan Hall, into a multi-purpose hall where exhibits, lectures and other functions can be held.
The Consulate basement was proposed to become a museum to display Filipino arts and other related exhibits. Aside from elevator access, we proposed a contemporary grand staircase from the ground floor to the basement.
